Bottari: recalls and official safety alerts

11 EU Safety Gate alerts concern products recorded under the brand Bottari. The first dates from 15 July 2021, the latest from 17 June 2026. In the last four complete quarters there were 10, up from 0 in the four quarters before. The hazards named most often are injuries (91%), choking (9%) and chemical (9%). Read from the official risk descriptions, the most common reasons are protective equipment does not protect (64%), small parts or stuffing can be swallowed (9%) and restricted chemical above the legal limit (9%). 55% were for products made in China and 36% were for products made in Italy. The products flagged most are helmets (27%). 0% of the EU alerts were marked as sold online, and 0% name an online marketplace. The most common outcome was sales ban (73% of EU alerts); 91% included a measure ordered by an authority. Chemicals named in the official risk descriptions include PAHs.
