27 EU Safety Gate alerts concern products made in Finland. The first dates from 15 October 2020, the latest from 24 June 2025. In the last four complete quarters there were 0, down from 12 in the four quarters before. The hazards named most often are injuries (52%), fire (15%) and chemical (11%). Read from the official risk descriptions, the most common reasons are breaks or collapses (22%), protective equipment does not protect (15%) and restricted chemical above the legal limit (11%). The products flagged most are chargers and power adapters (4%), cleaning products (4%) and protective face masks (4%). 30% of the EU alerts were marked as sold online, and 0% name an online marketplace. The most common outcome was recalled from consumers (70% of EU alerts); 52% included a measure ordered by an authority. Chemicals named in the official risk descriptions include lead and phthalates.
