LE ROYAL: recalls and official safety alerts

14 EU Safety Gate alerts concern products recorded under the brand LE ROYAL. The first dates from 18 March 2020, the latest from 19 March 2026. The hazards named most often are electric shock (57%), burns (50%) and fire (43%). Read from the official risk descriptions, the most common reasons are live parts can be touched (57%), overheats, melts or short-circuits (43%) and restricted chemical above the legal limit (43%). 93% were for products made in China. The products flagged most are fairy lights and light chains (36%), lamps and led lights (21%) and dolls (14%). 0% of the EU alerts were marked as sold online, and 0% name an online marketplace. The most common outcome was recalled from consumers (79% of EU alerts); 93% included a measure ordered by an authority. The EU alerts were notified most often by the authorities of Hungary (93%) and Austria (7%). Chemicals named in the official risk descriptions include lead and phthalates.
