8 EU Safety Gate alerts concern childcare articles sold on Cdiscount. The first dates from 30 April 2020, the latest from 2 June 2025. The hazards named most often are injuries (50%), choking (25%) and suffocation (12%). Read from the official risk descriptions, the most common reasons are restricted chemical above the legal limit (38%), tips over or lets the user fall (25%) and small parts or stuffing can be swallowed (12%). 50% were for products made in China, 12% were for products made in France and 12% were for products made in Tunisia.
